DIVERSITY

“We all should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry, and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal in value no matter what their color.”

– Maya Angelou

Campbell Conroy & O’Neil, P.C. recognizes the benefits of a culture of diversity and inclusion and attempts to recruit, retain and promote lawyers and staff who share this view. We are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment for all our professionals. We actively support our attorneys and staff of all backgrounds and identities.

To better reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we formed a Diversity Committee, which is co-chaired by Michelle Byers and Kate Wang, two members of the firm. The Committee is comprised of lawyers and non-lawyers alike. The Committee focuses on firm-wide diversity and inclusion training, as well as recruiting and raising awareness in our community.

Diversity and inclusion are at the core of who we are and how we do business. Our diversity improves the quality of our legal services by offering different perspectives to help achieve our clients’ goals.

As a firm, we are committed to the hiring and advancement of a diverse workforce, and we fully recognize that diversity is essential to success.
