On January 22, 2020 at 8:00 a.m., Erin Grewe will present to the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association a segment entitled: “Defending Reptile Tactics in Discovery and at Trial.” The presentation will cover reptile theory generally, as well as how to combat reptile tactics in all stages of litigation.
