Associate Attorney – Boston, MA

Seeking lawyers admitted to practice approximately 1 to 3 years that are currently employed in a litigation department. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record in assisting partners and senior associates in major civil litigation for institutional clients from initial pleadings, through all phases of discovery, and at trial. Experience with product liability, toxic tort, and a catastrophic injury case is preferred. Candidate with MA and RI or CT bar license preferred.

Litigation Paralegal – Boston, MA

We are seeking a paralegal with 2 or more years of litigation experience to play a major role supporting attorneys in the Boston office. The candidate will work primarily on large, complex cases for blue-chip corporate clients.  Responsibilities will include case management, investigative research, discovery, trial preparation, and some local travel.  The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills, an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet aggressive deadlines, and work with minimal supervision. BA/BS or Associates degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent field, or paralegal certificate required.
