BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Ringstad defends companies and individuals in high-exposure personal injury cases in high-risk jurisdictions. Recent cases include defending environmental engineers against class action and individual claims relating to drinking water lead contamination; defending a water system operator against class action claims of copper pitting corrosion; and serving as monitoring counsel for an insurer regarding claims of contaminated bottled water. Prior to private practice, he served a two-year clerkship in Philadelphia.  Mr. Ringstad is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York bars.  He lives with his family in the Philadelphia suburbs. He is a member of the American Water Works Association.
