Emily J. Rogers, Adam A. Larson and Katherine A. Wang recently obtained a full defense verdict on behalf of Ford Motor Company and U-Haul Company of New Hampshire, Inc. in the Strafford County Superior Court, New Hampshire in Lokken v. U-Haul Co. of New Hampshire, Inc., et al., a product liability matter involving a 2015 Ford Transit van that was manufactured by Ford and rented by U-Haul.  After a six-day trial, the jury returned a defense verdict in under three hours.

Emily J. Rogers served as lead trial counsel for Ford and U-Haul in this case.  Adam A. Larson served as co-counsel, and Katherine A. Wang served as appellate counsel.
