Campbell Conroy & O’Neil Granted Summary Judgment in Ford Auto Part Box Case

January 2019

Plaintiff alleged that a box was defective and tore during Plaintiff’s delivery of automotive parts, resulting in neck and elbow injuries.  Judge Marlene Lachman of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas granted Ford’s Motion for Summary Judgment and dismissed all of Plaintiff’s claims with prejudice.  The Court found that Plaintiff failed to specifically identify the actual evidence in the record that supported his causes of action, and subsequently denied Plaintiff’s Motion for Reconsideration of her Order.
