Jim Campbell and Kathy Guilfoyle obtained summary judgment in favor of J&J and Janssen Pharmaceuticals in an action arising out of the plaintiff’s alleged ingestion of the antipsychotic medication, Risperdal.  Plaintiff alleged that he developed obesity, gynecomastia and diabetes. Judge Denise Casper concluded that the plaintiff had not met his burden of establishing general or specific causation. This victory earned the firm the Law 360 Top Legal Lion award for the week.
