Kristin focuses her practice on the defense of civil litigation matters involving complex products liability, automotive, construction injuries, and general negligence matters. She has provided extensive pre-trial and trial assistance for cases in state and federal court in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, developing and implementing discovery and trial strategies to further the defense and successful resolution of matters for her clients. Kristin also routinely handles arbitration matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Kristin has defended insured and self-insured clients who manufacture and distribute a wide variety of products, including power tools, electrical components, automatic doors, production machinery, generators and cosmetic products. Kristin also served as the law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Mellon of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas where she was responsible for reviewing and recommending the disposition of pre-trial motions, as well as drafting opinions for cases on appeal.

Kristin graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Drexel University Kline School of Law, where she served as President of the Moot Court Board and participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic, arguing before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in the precedential case Liggon Redding v. Estate of Sugarman, 659 F.3d 258 (3d Cir. 2011). Kristin earned her Bachelor’s Degree Cum Laude from Gettysburg College.
