A Massachusetts court entered judgment in favor of PayPal, Inc. on all claims related to alleged unauthorized transactions on the Plaintiff’s account.  Katherine Hains tried the case on behalf of PayPal, and successfully proved that no unauthorized users accessed the account or fraudulent transactions took place.  PayPal representatives supported the defense and testified regarding the thorough investigation of the Plaintiff’s claims.
