Christopher Parkerson and Jessica Bowen obtained summary judgment on behalf of Eaton Corporation, Westinghouse Electric Corporation and CBS Corporation on all plaintiffs’ claims and co-defendants’ cross claims in the matter of Raul Segura and Elena Flores v. M Cubed Technologies, Inc. II-VI Incorporated, et al. pending in the Superior Court of Delaware.  The claims involved allegations of breach of warranty and negligence related to the design and manufacture of a circuit breaker.  Plaintiffs claimed their client was significantly injured during an industrial explosion.  The Court concluded that there was no basis for the claims given the undisputed facts established by Eaton, Westinghouse and CBS during written discovery and the depositions of the various parties, witnesses, and experts.
