Dismissal of Complaint Obtained in Favor of Nurse Before the New Hampshire Board of Nursing

October 2022

Adam Larson obtained a dismissal of a complaint on behalf of a nurse made before the New Hampshire Board of Nursing.  The complaint alleged a failure to refill a prescription resulting in withdrawal symptoms.  The allegations were denied, and after consideration of all the facts and circumstances, the Board found either that the conduct did not violate the administrative rules of the Board or state or federal law, or that the conduct did not rise to the level of misconduct upon which the Board would ordinarily seek disciplinary sanctions.
