Jacob Lantry recently represented a physician under investigation by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine for alleged violations relating to his license renewal application.  Following a four-month investigation, and aided by a detailed explanation as to the rationale for each of the pertinent responses in his application, the Board’s Complaint Committee voted to close the investigation without disciplinary action against the physician.
