Campbell Conroy & O’Neil Successfully Defends the City of Naples on Appeal
November 2019
The City of Naples assigned 76 parking credits to a historic building erected prior the enactment of the City Code. An adjacent landowner sued the City alleging the assignment of parking credits was ultra vires. After the trial court entered judgment in favor of the City, the adjacent landowner appealed. The City of Naples retained P. Brandon Perkins to represent it on appeal. After filing an Answer Brief and presenting oral argument, the Second District Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court’s judgment.
