The New Jersey Appellate Division affirmed dismissal of the plaintiff’s crashworthiness case, because the plaintiff failed to preserve the vehicle and failed to present expert evidence to support her air bag and seat belt claims. The Appellate Division agreed with the Law Division in finding these failures were fatal to the plaintiff’s claims.
