Kathy Guilfoyle Elected as a Member of the Firm’s Board of Directors

Kathy Guilfoyle was recently elected to the Firm’s Board of Directors. A skilled trial attorney, Kathy has an active aviation practice and represents a variety of commercial airlines, aircraft, and helicopter manufacturers and component parts manufacturers, ground handling companies and port authorities. Kathy also focuses on drug and medical device work as well as general products litigation. Kathy is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Hampshire, and the District of Vermont. This enables her to efficiently represent clients throughout New England. Kathy has held many leadership positions in national and international organizations. She currently served on the Board of Directors of the International Aviation Womens Association and the National Foundation for Judicial Excellence. She was also recently appointed vice chair of the management council for DRI’s Center for Law and Public Policy. Kathy’s experience, drive and leadership skills make her a valuable addition to the Firm’s Board.
