Jim Campbell moderated a panel discussion at the IADC’s Corporate Counsel College regarding trying cases in a rapidly changing world.  The panel included leading trial lawyers, senior in house counsel from the pharmaceutical, medical device, and transportation industries, the world wide claims manager from a major insurer and a prominent jury consultant. The panel discussed the trends in jury verdicts, the causes of those trends and the future of trial practice in the United States.
