Emily Rogers served as a faculty member and course planner, along with the Honorable Lisa M. Rau and Bernard W. Smalley, Esquire, for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s April 30, 2019 CLE entitled “Everything You Need to Know About Pre-Trial Practice in Philadelphia.”  The interactive program covered all aspects of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’s unique case management system, including the initial Case Management Conference, Discovery Court, Settlement Conferences and Pretrial Conferences.
