Christopher B. Parkerson will moderate a panel of experts at the Associate of Defense Trial Attorneys Annual Meeting titled “Defending Damages:  How the Defense of Damages Can Contribute to a Successful Liability Case and Protect Against Large Verdicts.”  In addition to moderating, Christopher will share his experiences and knowledge regarding discovery and pre-trial motion practice related to the defense of damages as well as effective evidence to use at trial.  The ADTA Annual Meeting takes place at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC August 11-August 15.
