Kevin Yoegel maintains a diverse legal practice, with a strong focus on complex commercial and contractual disputes and products liability matters.  He regularly counsels his clients on risk exposure management and assists his clients in compliance with federal and state laws.  Kevin is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.

While attending law school, Kevin was a Beasley Scholar and served as an Articles Editor for the Temple Law Review, in which his legal technology article, “The Aereo Loophole: A Retrospective Inquiry into the Legality of Antenna Farms and Internet-Based Television,” was published.  He gained significant legal experience as a law clerk at a full service regional law firm and as an extern for the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.  Kevin graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif honor society.

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Richard S. Hoffman in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
