Kelsey M. O'Neil

BIOGRAPHY

Kelsey O’Neil concentrates her practice on complex civil matters involving products liability, personal injury, and commercial disputes. Ms. O’Neil has substantial experience representing clients in both state and federal litigation and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. O’Neil is a 2017 graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where she was a senior staff member of the Villanova Law Review. While attending Villanova, Ms. O’Neil gained invaluable experience as an extern to the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. O’Neil earned her Bachelor’s Degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
