BIOGRAPHY
Before joining Campbell, Conroy & O’Neil, Jonathan Moffat was an Assistant District Attorney for the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office, gaining extensive litigation and trial experience in district court. As an ADA, he worked closely with victims and witnesses, conducted investigations and legal research, reviewed evidence, prepared discovery, drafted legal briefs and memoranda, and represented the Commonwealth throughout all stages of prosecution.
Jonathan currently serves on Berkshire Humane Society’s board of directors. He is also a member of the Human Rights Committee for the Berkshire ARC.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island. While at Roger Williams, Jonathan was a member of the prosecution clinical program, representing the State of Rhode Island in District Court and Superior Court on various criminal matters.
