Jessica M. MacPhee

BIOGRAPHY

Jessica focuses her practice on a wide range of civil litigation matters involving products liability and personal injury. Jessica has extensive experience representing clients in all phases of litigation – pre-litigation counseling, discovery, arbitration, trial, appeal, and mediation. She has represented clients in state and federal court in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and brings over five years of experience to the team.

Prior to joining Campbell, Conroy, and O’Neil, Jessica worked at an insurance defense firm focusing on first-party property litigation where she gained valuable experience.

Jessica graduate from the Drexel University Kline School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. Jessica graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Haven with degrees in both Criminal Justice and Legal Studies. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys supporting the US Women’s Soccer team, the Eagles, and the Phillies.
