Juliann S. Kelley focuses her practice on a wide range of civil litigation matters including construction, commercial, product liability and personal injury. Juliann handles aspects of litigation in cases pending in state and federal courts from inception through resolution. She has a proven track record of positive results for her clients, including obtaining summary judgment at the trial court and defense judgment at arbitration, as well as negotiating favorable settlements when a non-trial disposition was the desired outcome.
Through her former experience as an in-house attorney for the franchisor of the largest chain of preschools in the United States, as well as her internship with a large manufacturer of agriculture and construction equipment, Juliann understands the critical role that retained counsel plays in advancing the client’s business and risk management objectives. She realizes that counsel’s frequent communication and responsiveness is key to furthering such objectives while balancing litigation.
Juliann earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Catholic Social Thought and was the recipient of the Dorothy Day Award for Pro-Bono Service. She is also a 2017 graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy at Stanford Law School in Palo Alto, California.
