Frederick Pierce is an Associate in the Boston office of Campbell Conroy & O’Neil. Frederick focuses his practice entirely on civil litigation, primarily consisting of product and premises liability, insurance coverage, commercial disputes, and other complex litigation matters.
Frederick completed his undergraduate education at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he studied Political Science and History. A native of Newton, MA, Frederick returned home to Boston for law school, graduating from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, in 2022. While at Suffolk Law, Frederick was a member of the nationally recognized mock trial team, and was also on the Moot Court Honor Board, where he served as Chief Competition Director during his final year.
Prior to joining Campbell Conroy & O’Neil, Frederick served as a judicial law clerk to the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court in Fairfield county. As a clerk, Frederick assisted numerous judges throughout Connecticut in drafting preliminary Superior Court decisions pertaining to employment, real estate, contract, tort and insurance law. He also completed research projects for numerous judges and authored bench memoranda analyzing various legal issues presented at trial.
Aside from the practice of law, Frederick is an avid skier, golfer, and Boston sports fan.
