Christopher D. Fletcher

BIOGRAPHY

Christopher Fletcher focuses his practice on representing individuals and companies in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including defense against class actions, product liability, premises liability, medical device, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, trucking and automobile accidents, and negligence cases. Attorney Fletcher is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United State District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Attorney Fletcher is experienced in all areas of discovery, including preparation of written discovery requests and responses, administering and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, document and e-discovery review and production, and preparation of individual, corporate, and expert witnesses for deposition and trial. Attorney Fletcher has been involved in numerous trials as second chair and he has tried one District Court case to conclusion.

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Fletcher practiced litigation in the Boston area with a national defense firm and a boutique civil litigation firm. Attorney Fletcher graduated from Suffolk University Law School with a concentration in civil litigation. During his time at Suffolk University Law School, he clerked at a well-known medical malpractice firm in Boston, MA.
