David W. Faraci

BIOGRAPHY

David is an experienced litigator and trial attorney representing individuals and companies in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including class actions, product liability, premises liability, medical device, medical malpractice, trucking and automobile accidents, professional negligence, and general negligence. He is also a member of the team presently defending an environmental-services firm in over a dozen putative class actions, hundreds of individual actions, and a lawsuit by the Attorney General in Michigan related to the Flint Water Crisis.

David graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2007. He earned a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate Univeristy School of Law in 2013. During law school, David served as a member of the Moot Court Board.

Prior to joining the firm, David worked as a litigator and trial attorney for a civil litigation firm in Boston that focused its practice on products liabilty, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and employment disputes. David began his career as an attorney in San Francisco where he worked for a prominant civil litigation firm that focused its practice on landlord/tenant disputes including failure to maintain, unlawful detainer, wrongful eviction, harassment, and municipal code violations.
