Brian Epstein concentrates his practice on a variety of civil litigation matters including personal injury/negligence defense, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and products liability cases. Before joining Campbell Conroy & O’Neil, he represented insurers in complex healthcare fraud litigation involving civil lawsuits brought under the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (“RICO”) Act and the False Claims Act. Brian also spent many years representing disabled workers and United States military veterans in Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation, and Veterans’ Disability cases recovering millions for his clients.

Brian graduated from the University of Rhode Island and attended law school at New England School of Law where he was a lead article editor for the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement.
