Emily L. DiPaolo

BIOGRAPHY

Emily joined Campbell, Conroy and O’Neil in November 2022, bringing with her nearly a decade of civil litigation experience. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of personal injury matters. Emily concentrates her practice on premises and product liability and defending automobile manufacturers in cases arising from contract disputes, breach of warranty and property damage claims throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.Emily received her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in May 2013. While in law school, she competed in intramural moot court and mock trial competitions honing her litigation skills. Prior to joining Campbell, Conroy & O’Neil, Emily worked for civil litigation firms in Houston, Texas gaining experience in all stages of the litigation process.
In her free time, Emily volunteers with the Junior League of Philadelphia and enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis.
