BIOGRAPHY
Will is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on the defense of clients in products liability, construction accidents, and premises liability matters. He is also a member of the team presently defending an environmental-services firm in over a dozen putative class actions, hundreds of individual actions, and a lawsuit by the Attorney General in Michigan related to the Flint Water Crisis. Will has handled matters in courts in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Will graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2008 and a J.D. from Villanova Law School in 2012. Following law school, Will served as a judicial law clerk to the Court of Common Pleas for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining the firm, Will worked for a litigation defense firm handling insurance defense, as well as general negligence and breach of Chapter 93A claims. He has successfully obtained defense verdicts, argued dispositive motions, and obtained satisfactory results through alternative dispute resolution.
