James F. Butler, Jr. is an Associate in the firm’s Florida Offices. Mr. Butler focuses his practice on the defense of civil litigation matters assisting both clients and insurance carriers in premises liability, auto/trucking defense, personal injury, and general negligence matters.
Mr. Butler was licensed in Florida in September 2016. Mr. Butler is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Butler received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida. Mr. Butler received his Juris Doctorate from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Mr. Butler also received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
Prior to joining Campbell, Conroy & O’Neil, P.C., Mr. Butler worked at a large insurance defense firm in Florida focusing on first party property, personal injury, premises liability, discrimination, employment and labor, contractual, and condominium and homeowners’ association disputes.
