Member Alaina Devine moderated a presentation on Building Stronger Workplaces: Honoring Every Woman at this year’s DRI Women in the Law Seminar on February 19, 2026 taking place in Orlando, FL. The interactive session, led by Alysia Christiaen, lawyer and founder of Child-Free Women in the Workplace (CFW²), explored the often overlooked experiences of child-free women in professional life. The presentation included discussion around the subtle biases and structural blind spots that shape workplace culture and promoting supportive work environments for all women—whether mothers or not.
